Release 8.28.24

While this project is mostly done, there are still some minor updates on the backburner.

For this release I fixed one thing that really bugged me - while you could hurl apples to strike opponents, you didn't really need to.  Thus, I added the Fishfolk Brute, which cannot be hit by your stick so this makes hurling apples an actual useful mechanic.

Possible updates for the future:  Better menus, persistent high score, better handling of the loss condition.
